Hi Experts,
What can be the issue when PRB utilization stuck around 90% and not able to reach 99%?
Vendor is Huawei.

Maybe you have PRBs reserved for VoLTE (GBR) and no VoLTE on cell.

No VoLTE.
I suspect may be due to power limitations.

Is it UL or DL, FDD or TDD?

It is DL FDD.

All PRB? Or DRB PRBs only?
