Trying to do handover from band2 to band48.
But A3 measurement report is not received from UE for band48.
Is there any specific configuration needed for band48?
(For tdd bands band40, band41 and fdd band 66 this issue is not observed)
Is band48 present in measconfig?
Yes it is.

Does UE report support in UECAPAINFO?
In US BAND 48 is used for Private LTE May be CBRS.
There should be different settings for enabling HO for this band.
