Does anyone have a tool to read PTMF files or know how to import in Wireshark?

I have tried with the tool but I get the following error
Input: .\MSC01LACI_SIP.ptmf
Output: converted1.pcap
ERROR: Failed to open input file .\MSC01LACI_SIP.ptmf
Result: ERROR(FAILED_TO_READ_FROM_INPUT_FILE)
