Purpose of NSA_Blind_SCG_Addition_Switch when B1 Event-Based PSCell configuration is in Use

Hi Experts.

If there is measurement based PSCell Configuration with B1 event to add secondary node then why there is NSA_Blind_SCG_Addition_Switch?

Means it can blindly add any cell either Coverage/Quality is Poor or Good?

It will be benifical for co sector.

Is it only for co-sector?

As per as I know, it is recommended to be used for co sector.
