Query to detect conflit SC/PCI with QGIS

Hello Guys,
Do you know if we have a query to detect conflit Sc/PCI with QGIS?
I mean, for given area, detect all conflit, for example.

You need a file of cells with SC and PCI, and check with query the same SC and PCI.
