Random access problem in NR wiht high TA value

Dear Experts.

I am facing Random access problem in NR and TA value assigned is too High for this specific problematic cell.
(High TA I checked from Mac logs)

Any suggestions?

Troubleshooting:
Tilt etc OK
All Hw resets done.
Root seq index also seems ok
