Resource block is 180khz with subcarrier spacing of 15khz whereas it is 360khz with 30khz subcarrier spacing.
How this thing impact on the improved latency level? How the tcp/ip packets gets effected due to this so we get reduced latency.

In ofdm, the symbol duration = 1/subcarrier spacing.
Increasing SCS decreases symbol duration and hence slot duration and latency improves (given all other factors are fixed)
