Rlc MaxNumRetx for specifically S22 causing 5G frequently Fluctuating on LTE. Bearing in mind that radio conditions are perfect and also handset temprature in below 25 degree. Any expert opinion what is this abnormal behaviour of S22 while other handsets are fine. UE have capability with band combination as well. Any expert opinion ?
