Issue:
gNB scheduled rrc reconfig but at UE this data is decoded only at MAC level , looks like it has not forwarded to higher layers because I don’t see rrc reconfig in UE.
Could you please give me some inputs on this issue ?
Is this a LAB environment? (To rule out it’s not coverage, if not delivered due to poor downlink)?
In LAB environment, even UE MAC can’t interpret, it should be sharing to RRC layer, to send RRC reconfiguration failure.
