Hi Team,

Getting RRC setup failure multiple times in cluster drive because of CT timer expired.

Anyone having any view or ideas? Or faced similar issue?

Increase the max harq DL retx or there is strong Dl interference, UE can not decode msg4.

As msg1/2 success you don’t have cell radius issue as I do believe.
