Scheduling of msg4 having CRI and scheduling of RRC setup message happens on same instance?
Or in different instance on PDSCH channel?
My view is that CRI happens on PDCCH and RRC Setup Message on PDSCH.
PDCCH is used to let UE know about the scheduling of resources in PDSCH.
Msg4 CRI is also decoded from physical channel PDSCH only.
But PDCCH is essential to understand UL resource.
As well for PUSCH.
