SIB5 is not scheduled in SIB1 in 5G NR SA cell and still 5G NR to LTE reselection working.
How is this possible?

Are you sure it is reselection and not selection?
I mean 5G cell is not eligible anymore in this case it will go to LTE.

Yes reselection.

May be because of the below 3 ways it can be sent, reselection was successful.

SIB5 is mapped to BCCH logical channel and is either:

  • broadcasted periodically on DL-SCH or
  • broadcasted on-demand on DL-SCH (i.e. upon request from UEs in RRC_IDLE or RRC_INACTIVE) or
  • sent in a dedicated manner on DL-SCH to UEs in RRC_CONNECTED.

Hi, this is normal scenario to broadcast SIBs periodically to have idle mode mobility.
On demand SIBs in idle and inactive states are requested by UE as you mentioned, but is this available in your case?
