This need to check from CORE side.

This cause value was flagging due to SIM Deactivation.

These details finally reflect at Core end only.

Yes. Very probably something with SIM card.

Mostly I have seen this for In roamers and these services are rejected due to authentication failure from diameter.

I once had a problem solved by applying “combined attach” and enabling a few QCI at EPC.

APN, IMSI invalidation.

Core team need to fix this.
