Hello Ericsson Experts,
I am unable to revert any CV on the Ericsson 4G site and am getting the error “software related error occurred.”
Is there a solution to this issue other than performing a scratch load, as the site is in unsynced mode and a software upgrade cannot be performed?
You can restore with an older CV, and once the site is synchronized, you can proceed with the upgrade.

Have you tried using another old CV?
Is it a CV with the same software release?
Could you share the full names of the CV and software version?
Do you perform it remotely or on-site?
Can you try restoring a CV saved in the RBS?

I think the software might be corrupted. I’m planning to perform a scratch load.
Hi, @Maxy !
Did you try to restart the RBS with HW test?
If the restart does not help, then try to reintegrate. If this does not help, then most likely there is a “HW Fault” on RBS and only a replacement will help.
