Solution of Low throughput of 3G in Single Carrier

Could someone explain why the 3G throughput is low on a single carrier when there are fewer users and less traffic?

There are many possible reasons bro, the ones that I remember:

  • Transport(TX) network capacity or problems
  • CQI(coverage related)
  • UL interference
  • CM mis-configuration

And there should be many more.
