Some aplications can not be accessed at a specific tower coverage

Hi my dears.

I would like a light or better your support.

Some aplications, as Netflix, Internet bank and some TC chanels can not be accessed when I’m at a specific tower coverage.

Could you please give me a a light if due LTE security?
Some kind of blocking?
Or some restricions at P-GW or S-GW?

Hi, @laurentino1, the first thing that comes to mind is MTU in transport network. If everything else is checked and Ok (KPI, alarms, etc.).
