Hi,

Does anyone know at what point/step SRB0 gets established ?

Welcome to the community.

I think SRB0 is an idea of how UE uses the UL grant it receives in MSG2 to send the signaling message like RRC connection req, RRC reestablishment req etc. I don’t think there is a seperate procedure or an RRC message where you can actually see SRB0. Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.
