What do we need to check?
From DT, logs recovery on timer expiry failure shown:
check if incoming IRAT Switch is on for GSM cell
other than that check CGI as well(At core side in MSC and RAN side)
Check SRVCCHOEN in GCELLHOBASIC MO on BSC, it should be set to yes for SRVCC to GSM Cell.
