You need to analyse the voice and traffic impact on each technology.

In addition to oss kpis, you need to check the CDRs for 24 hours to check the terminal level breakdown.

Risk factors being there will be UE not supporting 4G/5G so will have to take this number into consideration. And way forward for these customers.
