Sudden Traffic decrease in 3G, LTE, and DSS networks involving Huawei and Nokia Equipment

Hello Experts.

A sudden decrease in traffic is observed in the network in several 3G, LTE and DSS technologies, in a scenario involving Huawei and Nokia

A decrease in traffic is observed in both.

Any suggestions?

Is it a sharp decrease (like all decrease happened in 15 minutes) or a slow decrease over days/weeks?

Can you see an increase in traffic in 2G?

Did you check all layers 3G 4G and 5G to note that traffic decreased?

Is it ps traffic only ? Or all ps,cs,Volte

As you say it is sudden decrease, You may need to involve core teams CS,PS,IMS to check if any action done from their side (UE provisioning, blacklisting…,App servers,etc)

Check which layer in 4G affected

For DSS i have no idea

i am facing same issue at L6 1800 Nokia fxed module, rtwp is ok, any solution?
