We have a 4G network operating with 4 layers, and the current traffic distribution is as follows:

I would appreciate your feedback regarding the current traffic distribution and any suggestions for an optimized traffic distribution for these specific layers.

Could you provide the cell selection/reselection priority?

Are there any band defined as SDL?

Actually no layer is defined as a SDL.

Here is the cell reselection PRIO:

In my point of view the L2100 may take more traffic since it has the same BW as the L2100 regardless the gap in terms of coverage.

  1. Be sure that traffic of L1800 20 MHZ does not come from the cell.edge (Timing advance analysis since this traffic supposed to be served by indoor layer L900)
  2. You can align the eTilt between L1800 and L2100.
  3. Check RS power .
  4. Load balancing optimieztion in idle &connected .
  5. Coverage based handover strategy tunning in order to steer the traffic to L2100 layer.
