Throughput and Abnormal MME fails in LTE

Hi Huawei Experts.

I came across an issue with the Throughput and Abnormal MME fails in LTE due to Re transmission rate increased (L.Traffic.UL.SCH.QPSK/16QAM/64QAM.TB.Retrans) and UL Interference.
Does anyone have an idea what could be the issue in the site?
What is generally causing retransmission rate increased and Throughput down?

Performed Baseband card reset and all HW parts are good and checked Tx media and no issue observed.

You can check on interference for the RB.
I have had interference on l800, on some PRB.

What have you done to fix this issue?

PRB reserved.
Out of the 50 RB, I locked the RBs that were interfered in UL.
