we set a rule in our network to reject any service if it coming with TA greater than specific value .
my question : if we have a drive test who’s trying to access the cell with high TA which achieved our rule above , Do we expect a specific message in L3 messages which saying like " access is not accepted as it exceed a TA limit" ?
