1 sector with 2 cells:
1st cell has 4627 Mb in Busy Hour
2nd cell has 4810 Mb in Busy Hour
but
1st cell has 193 Gb total daily traffic
2nd cell has 285 Gb total daily traffic
They all covers in one sector. Coverage, tilts and other things should be the same.
What could be the reason of huge daily traffic difference while cells have similar traffic values in Busy Hours?
