Hello, experts!
Early 2G mobile phones were capable of transmitting at very high power levels, reaching up to 33 dBm. In contrast, 4G User Equipment (UE) operating under power class 3 (PC3) is limited to a maximum transmission power of 23 dBm.
Given this difference, when a 4G-capable device operates in 2G mode, is it able to transmit at power levels exceeding 23 dBm, similar to legacy 2G phones?
