How to trigger the scenario below:
UE will do RRC reestablishment on source cells when S1AP HO fails during ENDC handover.
What parameters can we modify on the target cell apart from the RACH config/Integrity/Ciphering algo so that the HO cancel request sent on the S1AP interface from the Core?
