Troubleshooting IRAT HOSR deterioration: UMTS 900 to GSM 1800 transition

Hello Experts! I hope you’re all doing well.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? The IRAT HOSR has significantly deteriorated (from UMTS 900 to GSM 1800) with a co-sector target cell. The target cell shows no UL interference or hardware issues and maintains acceptable KPIs.
