Is there some UE inactivity timer to delay cell reselection?
That is, after RRC release, should the UE wait for some timer expiry to follow the cell priority rules and reselect to highest priority cell?
There is idle mode mobility control information and can last hours.
That info is for dedicated priority which will change absolutely priority number.
But for delaying idle mode reselection there is as such no timer.
We can fine tune reselection threshold only.
You have T reselection that is usually 1-2 seconds.
You can make it 10 if you want
