Well, let`s ask some questions to better understand the scenario.
At which moment/message (addition runs on X2) on the Uu it performs the detach?
Is the UE reporting full EN-DC capability on both NAS and RRC?
Is the UE a test device or a commercial one?

I think the UE is abnormal, check abnormal release cause if Ue Lost, so it could be the reason.
