Unknow PSC in Detected Set

Hi Experts,
I have this “PSC” appearing in Detected Set, but it’s not even used in my network.
Is it only some bug?

It’s a missing neighbor.

It’s so weak, just ignore it.
No need to add a neighbor for this.

But this PSC 450 is not even used in my network.

It can happen ta at very low EcNo there are ghost PSC.
Everything that is lower than -22 dB EcIO is basically noise.

So it is just like RNC “creating” some random PSCs?

It’s the UE not the RNC.
UE detects wrong PSC at low EcIo.
