What L3 messages I should be looking for a VoLTE drop call for indoor venue? Drop occurred in good RF condition. What else i should be looking for to analyze the log?

What are the main reasons pegging for volte drop? If its due to UE lost then increase your indoor coverage by power boosting or if due to HO fail then relax your thresholds for srvcc
if you have counters, you can start to check QCI1-QCI5 and compare it attempt and success.
if you have good rf condition. you can check TNL and RNL counters. it will show you to where is the problem. transmission or radio

Call drop usually acts as RRC abnormal release , dedicated bearer abnormal release. UE entered idle mode during the call or UE or IMS core transmits SIP cancel message.
Call drop can be due to uplink issue e.g; UL BLER, handover failure, due to qci1 profile not defined, PCI issue etc.
