For the second counter what does it entail "configuration unsurported "?
Some physical channels configuration is abnormal.
RNC setting, but nodeB may not support.
So through Iub, nodeB reply radio link setup fail.
You can open alarm or event at nodeB and check for more detail, or trace Iub interface.
