Scheduling (continuous or not)?
Any other factors, can you suggest?
DRX ON or OFF.
Radio is important too.
Retransmissions too.
Semi persistent scheduling or not.
Data to ack setting (how many symbols) - How many symbols it takes between receiving pdsch and sending ack/nack in uplink.
Radio here do you mean channel conditions?
Yes, if it gives retransmissions or not.
UL and DL link budget is important too.
Out of it it will have large delays and retransmissions.
Semi persistent scheduling works for VoLTE.
Any other factors that you suggest?
