Hi Colleagues.

What can be reason of Voice Traffic always higher on 3G?

Data:

  • 4G: %95
  • 3G: %5

Voice:

  • 4G: %40
  • 3G: %60

There is all interoperability settings are forcing UE to the LTE with very aggresive settings, and there is no any issue for connected and idle strategy.

Except interoperability what can be reason?

What is the ratio of VoLTE attempt and csfall back?

Need to check what is % of VoLTE supported ue in network.

Also need to check sim VoLTE profile from Core side some time UE supported VoLTE but from Core side VoLTE profile missing.

SRVCC to 3G thresholds can be checked.
