What causes the RANAP SECURITY MODE REJECT from RNC to CORE?
cause: radionetwork-conflict with already existingintegrity protection and or ciphering information
How do you rectify this?
check security mode command message from two domain (PS & CS Domain)
check if PS core to activate encryption ?
its from cs domain

Is there a parameter for relocation from 3G PDP to voice?
fromEutraRelocationCiphering� is used to control ciphering activation for incoming LTE to WCDMA HO during PSHO LTE > UMTS

Checking the security messages showed PS was encrypted while CS was not encrypted.
since its cross vender. i switched off encryption on RNC
any provemnt after disabling encryption on RNC
yes. the failures are no longer showing up on Random iu trace.
good ,also you can ask CS team to enable encryption & keep encryption in PS enabled .
