What happens if we use CPRI instead of eCPRI in 5G smallcells?

How performance will be affected?

Very probably that for 5G small cells using CPRI it is still good solutions. But you have to be sure about choosing appropriate CPRI Line Bit Rate in your case. May be only Rate8/9/10 will be suitable in terms of Thr limitations.
