What is the main difference between MAC PDU transport block format of 4G and 5G.

On LTE, the MAC TB is composed by:
Header (and all sub-headers), MAC CE1, …, MAC CEn, MAC SDU1, …, MAC SDUn, Padding (if any).
On NR, the MAC TB is composed by:
Hearder 1, MAC SDU1, …, Header n, MAC SDUn, Header n+1, MAC CE1, …, Padding (if any).
