What is the purpose of A2 RSRP critical parameter in LTE and NR?

To redirect UE to lower RAT when serving less than A2 critical like -122.

So in case A2 critical is set to -118, and serving cell RSRP is -119, than it will redirect UE to lower RAT.

It will trigger redirection instead of HO. :+1:
