Hello Experts.

What is the recommendation for Inactivity Timer in NSA mode for LTE and NR?

Should be same for both or can be kept different?

If NR timer is less, UE releases early in case of inactivity, and end will do sGNB addition again as UE is active in LTE.

Please share your views.

Better to keep NR inactivity timer same as LTE.

For this case:

After sgnb addition the LTE inactivity timer will reset or running with old values?

And will timeout after delta time, time diff between NR and LTE?

LTE and NR timers (should) run independently.

And when timers expire at both side then only UE will be released.
