Hi Friends.

What may be the issue if there is no Uplink message at initial attach? (Only MIB and SIB1 is flagging in NB-IoT)

NB-IoT have SIMs in the device right? (can’t remember)

But check if the network and SIM are same.

Put device in long airplane and then try again.

You are looking for device to initiate MSG1-MSG4 before any attach.

As per team there is S1 Alarm at site.

That shouldn’t prevent device do initial bits like RRC.

This has nothing to do with UE initiating RACH, unless cells locks itself due to S1 alarm.
