for CSFB call setup time , what is the parameter to reduce time?

Are you using flash CSFB?

How do I find out whether we are using flash CSFB or not from L3 message?

You will find Target Cell PCI and redirection FREQ to UTRAN services from RRC connection release msg from eNB.

Better yet, check which feature you are using from U2000

I am not yet using flash CSFB

Enable IdleCsfbRedirectOptSwitch on ENB level & also enable DMCR from 3G side (DeferMcReadInd) on cell level

  • Using FLASH CSFB will enhance
  • DMCR from 3G side (DeferMcReadInd) will enhance but may affect on users experience as it postpone sending sib11
  • there is switches on 3G side to enhance csfb time ( check hedex )
  • check TAC/ lac mapping
