What parameters should I use to keep voice traffic on 3G after moving it from 2G with FDDQmin and Fddqoff?

Hi friends, I need your help
I passed the 2G voice traffic to 3G with the FddQmin and Fddqoff parameters. I need to keep the whole traffic on 3G so this traffic doesn’t pass back to the 2G, What counters should I move to keep this traffic on in 3G?
