Which Category my UE belongs?

It is Rel12, at minimum.
I think Rel13+ has separate tree.

Cat16.
And cat13 for UL.

What means v1020,v1170, v11a0,v1260? What are the differences? Where I can find information about that?

3GPP 36.306 declare about UE category, but different release versions have different value. In this example, if RAN software follow 3GPP R12, it will consider UE as category 16
