Which command used to enable Semi Persisted Scheduling (SPS) in Ericsson?

Does any one have any idea which command used to enable Semi persisted scheduling (SPS) in Ericsson nodes?

Is it UE side feature?

To use the Scheduling Request Suppression function, the UE needs to be Rel 9 or later and with FGI bit 29 (Semi-Persistent Scheduling) set to 1.
