Why no P-RNTI in 5G

Do we have P-RNTI in 5G? I did not find this information anywhere

Without P-RNTI, how 5G RAN send paging received from 5G core? in Idle mode.

There IS P-RNTI in 5G, same value as in LTE. See 38.321.
