Will dismantle of sites affect VoLTE quality without comprising on other VoLTE kpi?
Weird observation seen…
It will, if best server is dismantled.
And so it will remain other servers.
It all depends on geography and location of volte UE.
But why VoLTE other KPIs are OK.
No issue in VoLTE accessibility, drops or HO success rate.
Please be more specific. What from VoLTE was degraded: MOS or what else?
Only MOS degraded.
Please consider this situation:
On the left when smal cell was available ( red circle) MOS is not degraded.
On the right image, at the intersection of 3 circles MOS is degraded.
Cell edge you mean?

But why drop not affected due to cell edge poor coverage, that’s is what I am trying to understand.

Drop it takes really bad RF to drop.
But MOS can be degraded anytime from 4.2 to 3.7 for example.
You need negative SINR like -7 dB to drop a call.
Got your point, actually they have VoLTE BLER too as 0.27 which I believe should be zero.
And VoLTE bundling DL as on.
Because left side scenario cell is available which could be having good snr but in right side no separate cell available so high interference might cause low MOS score.
Also there are chances of frequent HO in right side due to interference and cell edge conditions. However left hand side strong small cell (red circle) which results in single HO and with high SNR so MOS score will be high.
