Will enb have S1 connections established with all the MME’s in the MME pool or at a time only one S1 connection is possible ?

Hi, it is connected to all MME at same time. Load is distributed according to “relative capacity” property.

Its S1-flex concept that provides functionality with which network redundancy and load sharing of traffic across network elements in the Core Netwrok (MME /SGW) is achieved by creating pools of MMEs and SGWs and allowing each eNB to be connected to multiple MMEs and SGWs in a pool.
