Facing this: Zero numbers of Load base HO b/w Layer cause imbalanced PRB.
Vendor is Huawei.
Please uggest PRB Settings

Hi Bro, first be sure of everything set correctly at CM level. I mean check all the enabling flags and correct configuration on the test environment and then if not working, do a trace it can be imsi trace or a ue log from tools like tems or nemo so you can have an idea of what part of the callflow is not going well.
